Refund Policy

At Securing Media, we are dedicated to providing top link building services. To ensure transparency and fairness, this refund policy outlines the specific conditions under which clients may be eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

Service Non-Delivery:

If Securing Media fails to deliver the agreed link building services or fails to secure publication on the selected media outlets within the specified timeframe, and no alternative solutions are provided.

Rejection by Media Outlets:

If a chosen media outlet declines to publish the content and a suitable alternative outlet cannot be arranged, the client is eligible for a refund for that specific publication.

3. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are subject to the following terms:

Refund Request Period:

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the service delivery or publication date.

Documentation Requirement:

Clients must provide specific reasons for the refund request, including screenshots, URLs, or other relevant documentation.

Partial Refunds:

If part of the service was delivered satisfactorily, a partial refund may be issued for the undelivered portion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Client Cancellation:

If the client cancels the service after the content has been submitted to the media outlet or after the service has commenced.

Change of Mind:

If the client changes their mind or decides not to use the service after the order has been confirmed.

Approval of Content:

Once the client has approved the content for publication, it is considered final. Refunds will not be issued for approved content unless there is a significant error directly attributable to Securing Media.

5. Refund Process

Request Submission:

Clients must submit a written refund request to: help@securingmedia.com with all relevant details, including the order number and reasons for the request.

Review Period:

Securing Media will review the refund request within 5-7 business days. During this time, additional information may be requested from the client.

Decision Notification:

Clients will be notified of the refund decision via email. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

6. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used by the client, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

7. Policy Modifications

Securing Media reserves the right to amend or update this refund policy at any time. Changes will apply to future transactions and will be communicated to clients as needed.
